BAROGRAPHS
The measuring element of the FISCHER barographs is a 7-fold set of membranes, made of a copper-beryllium alloy, which has proven its worth for pressure measurement due to its excellent elastic properties. Ageing, hysteresis and elastic aftereffects practically do not occur. The influence of temperature on the can set and the transmission system is compensated by a bimetal in the entire measuring range and in a temperature range from -30 to +40 °C. The bimetal is used for the entire measuring range. All axes of the precision mechanical movement are mounted in stone, so that the instrument has only minimal static friction.
