The world clock displays the time precisely and provides information about the respective time difference, 

from London to the Azores. 

The blue time zone from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. also marks the ideal duration of a night's sleep. 

The high measuring accuracy is underlined by concisely designed hands. 

The minute hand is bent at the tip, enabling 

parallax-free and extremely precise reading. 

Despite their graphic sophistication, the typography and indices on the dial are kept functional and clearly legible. 

Product designer Mark Braun's design combines the special and, above all, inspiring

qualities of the renowned precision engineering manufacturer FISCHER with 

a contemporary understanding of design. 

The watch case (Ø 133 mm, height 45 mm) is made of brushed brass, 

a material that emphasizes the quality of the fine measurement technology. 

The striking phase on the base emphasizes the position on the wall with particular lightness. 

The world time clock is manufactured at the FISCHER precision engineering factory in the Ore Mountains. 

To mark the 80th anniversary of the manufactory and the 10th anniversary of F.A.Z. Selection, 

this special edition with the F.A.Z. logo was created and handmade in Germany. 

Limited to just 80 pieces, this small series makes this world time clock an 

exceptional object – functional, decorative, and of lasting value.
